Activated Charcoal - Activated Charcoal is a very common way to deal with GI problems and cleanse away toxic substances from the body. Activated charcoal is very absorbent and can take care of certain types of poisons. This powder mixture can be placed in capsules or the powder can be taken with some water or juice. Please mix the powder thoroughly because activated charcoal does not mix well with water. And this mixture will start to thicken so drink it down as soon as possible.
Dose – Take 4 – 400 mg capsules twice a day. Or take a 1/2 teaspoon of the powder mixture mixed well with water or juice twice a day.
