Emotionally we are seeking to connect with learning and wisdom at this time. We seek to learn and teach; and often times we are aligned with strong clarity. However, as much as we want to learn and engage the mind; there is also a need for creative expression, so it is important that one's learning embraces room to see things from a variety of perspective and ideas.

Our emotions need a creative outlet at this time; so it is wise to write, create, play, engage in art, and listen to music or dance. It is through these activities that we can heal our dysfunctional programs and "mental illnesses". Engaging creative things on in an emotional way connects us to simplicity; and it is this simple and unrefined expression that repairs, connects, and re-aligns us with our true self.

The physical world will respond to our emotional world by healing and restoring. it will find the calm and inspiration it needs. The emotionally engaged mental processes will allow us foresight to choose things wisely. Reflection of past experiences can open strong wisdom patterns. Allowing the energy to flow, assures us of more favorable days to come.

You may be best to stay away from those that are wound too tight, are scatter brained or feeling very anxious or fearful. It is in these thought patterns that illness, accidents, and so called catastrophies are set in motion. You can always connect with them after things settle down. If people are in this space but willing to play and have fun that is good; but if they are unwilling to let go of the turbulence for awhile then allow them space.

Anxiety can be paralyzing at this time. Movement breaks up stagnation, so even the smallest step in ANY direction can often times help us. Even taking a walk or stretching can break things up. Anything that breaks routine or allows for a new experience will be enough to get out of this space.

The codes remind us to remember how much our past has taught us. It reminds us that sometimes in the stillness (even if it is anxiety) that we gain wisdom. It also reminds us that we have plenty of reasons to dance and sing and play; and at the same time we don't need a reason to do this. We are also to be reminded to be grateful for all the trials and tribulations of our earlier years in life; for they have been the foundations of what is becoming a wonderful future.
