Many people around the world have Sickle Cell Anemia and have a terrible time of all the symptoms. Sickle Cell Anemia creates, pain, fatigue, gallbladder stones, inflammation, infections, painful erections, strokes, and high blood pressure. Here are a few herbs and supplements that I recommend that will help to increase oxygen to the body and also create more energy and vitality... and help with the symptoms.

Paud'arco Bark Powder – Way back in the 1800's it was noted that Paud'arco increased red blood cell production and also helps with inflammation, and it's a great anti-bacterial and anti-viral agent too and it helps with the leg ulcers. One of the best ways to take this herb is to take 5 pencil size pieces of Paud'arco wood and place them in a quart jar of water and place the jar in the frig for 24 hours. Drink a little of the light red water every day. When the water turns very light in color replace the wood and start over.

Dr. Haider's Diet - This is very important... eating a plant based diet which is totally organic will improve a person's quality of life and extend their life span, get rid of inflammation, keep blood pressure normal, and giving a person a lot of great energy. And also take the supplements that I recommend in my diet is important. See link to Dr. Haider's diet. https://paulhaider.wordpress.com/2013/09/17/the-whole-foods-plant-based-diet-and-life-style/ Also, in my diet I also recommend learning meditation. Because meditation will help greatly for those who suffer from Sickle Cell Anemia. It also boosts up our immune system and helps with pain.

Other herbs that can help with Sickle Cell Anemia are Bilberry, Red Raspberry Leaf, Mullein, Hawthorn Berries, Bay Berry, and Red Clover.

About Taking These Herbs - You will have to try all of these herbs and supplements to see which ones work for you. Just like some antibiotics work for some people and not for others. And like some anti-depressants work for some people and not for others the same goes for herbs and supplements... we are all different.

Take Only What You Need - Only take those herbs that work best for you. Also, it's best to only take herbs for 7 to 10 days...and then take a week off and repeat if needed. All herbs, supplements, and medications place a burden on our liver and thus it's important to treat these agents with respect and use them sparingly.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
