I am a UK Chartered Engineer with a US Doctorate in Business Strategy. I won the 2017 Global Training & Development Leadership Award, 2016 South Asian Award for HR Leadership, 2015 Asia-Pacific Award for Outstanding Contribution to HR, and 2015 MTC Global Outstanding Corporate Award for Consulting. I have been featured in Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in Western Europe. I am an award-winning media advertiser, brand marketer, and filmmaker. I am also a Master of the Chinese martial art T’ai Chi Ch’uan, Himalayan energy techniques, and Buddhist philosophy.
My self-coaching book “Flying Penguin: How to create miracles in your life using the six dimensions of success” was an Award-winning Finalist in 2016 International Book Awards in Self-help Motivational category, and 2016 Readers’ Favorite Finalist in Nonfiction Inspirational category. It is probably the most comprehensive self-coaching book ever written.
My holistic new framework for success and leadership comprises of Wisdom (knowing what to do next under fast-changing conditions), and Skills (knowing how to do it or get it done). This new framework is founded on my 6-dimensional model of leadership. It has six core competencies symbolised by Heart, Mind, Body, Passion, Focus, and Health.
As a thought-leader in Human Potential Development, I have made keynote speeches and presented research papers at 13 global conferences in Australia, Poland, Malaysia, India and Sri Lanka. My papers have been published in international journals in Australia, Malaysia, USA, China, India and Sri Lanka.
I have empowered thousands of people in dozens of organisations in diverse industries. Looking and acting 20 years younger than my 71 years, I help older people reverse ageing by unleashing their vast inborn human potential using an innovative blend of Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science. I have been featured on ten American national talk shows on topics ranging from “how to feel good when business is bad” to “how to stay naturally healthy without medicines.”
