I am a Performance Enhancement Specialist with a background in Disaster Integrated Emergency Management, Emergency Psychiatric Medicine and Community Addiction. I am the CEO/Owner of Audrey's Grief Expressionist Workshops, LLC (http://www.audreygriefexpressionist.com) and Create Me Designs where I sell wellness products (http://www.createmedesigns). I integrate my knowledge of grief work, stress management and holistic work with complementary and traditional medicine.

My current focus is on educational and not therapeutic medicine. As a license Health and Wellness coach I teach people how to resolve their problems through creative self-empowerment. My recently released books, 'Cool Breathing' and the 'Shades of Creativity' focus on breath work, meditation, visualization, meditation and hypnosis. As a Certified Grief Recovery Therapist I do a lot of community grief work in churches, hospitals and working with disaster survivors.

Prior to becoming a physician, I received a scholarship to study drama and dance at the American Academy of dramatic arts in New York City. This experience allowed me to integrate my creative skills and education to treat individuals with stress prevention and performance anxiety.
