I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Christian Counselor and Coach, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional consultant, doTerra distributor, and Beach Body Coach. I am able to help assist men, women and couples in their health and wellness journey. At its core, my work revolves spiritual and emotional healing not forgetting all aspects of what makes us who we are. I work with the physical body helping to change the body using my knowledge as a personal trainer and nutritional consultant. I work with the emotional (heart) of the person helping them become healed from trauma, challenging their minds to think outside of the box using my knowledge as a survivor of sexual abuse from father and the sociopath behaviors from ex-husband. In all of the work I do it is important I am helping all aspects of my clients being. I have been doing my work, in some of fashion, in one way or another for the past 30 years. I combine all of my knowledge from all of these fields, incorporating them into my Spiritual and Emotional Healing work.
