I have been fascinated with psychology and definitions of self for many years and explored ideas and therapies from Freud, Jung and Laing. My reflective conclusion is that the self is a moving and evolving construct, so today when asked to speak about my self I will give an answer based on who I am today and what I hope to offer.
I am a mother, a therapist, a scientist and an explorer of the mind. I am trained in EFT(emotional freedom technique) and Matrix reimprinting; two therapies which offer gentle yet profound methods of change. I have used these in practice to successfully resolve allergies, phobias, PTSD, trauma, abuse, grief, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and physical pain. I am also a trained Death Doula and have specialised in investigating NDE's(near death experiences). I am honoured to report that I have had such good training that I am prepared to go wherever a client needs to explore. I can hold the space, shine a light and keep all concerned safe. I love my work and design specific treatment protocols for each new client.

I love my job, I love people, I love minds, emotions and speech patterns. I love history, beliefs and all that makes a human being, just be. In therapy I hold hands and encourage metaphorical swims through the deep waters of the subconscious. I often swim along. I am honest with my clients, I value congruency and will tell them if something affects me. I believe there is value in this, the therapy..
