Carol Krucoff

Carol Krucoff, C-IAYT, E-RYT, is a yoga therapist at Duke Integrative Medicine in Durham, North Carolina, where she teaches people with health challenges how to use yoga breathing, movement, and meditation techniques to find ease in body and mind. An award-winning journalist, Carol served as founding editor of The Washington Post’s Health Section and is the author of several books including “Yoga Sparks: 108 Easy Practices for Stress Relief in a Minute or Less” and “Healing Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Pain.” She is co-director, with Kimberly Carson, of the Integrative Yoga for Seniors Teacher Trainings, designed to help yoga teachers work safely with older adults.
