I am a pre and postnatal fitness specialist with over 20 years of experience. I am also a mother of 3 children.I have created a program called "Bionic Mommy" which helps women during pregnancy and after, properly condition the muscles of the pelvic floor and abdomen safely while integrating corrective training with functional strength. Currently, my classes are offered through a boutique fitness studio in Hermosa Beach, CA where I host small group trainings with a variety of class formats including TRX, Circuit, Barre and more. Prior to creating In addition to my long list of credentials and experience, I wrote the continuing education prenatal fitness course for NASM in 2005. I have served as a consultant for other fitness professionals in this area of fitness. I have also worked as a private trainer/group exercise instructor at over 30 fitness centers worldwide and still teach many different types of classes from spinning, HIIT, tabata, strengthening and stretch.
