I am from India, but was born in East Africa. I studied in Africa, India, Switzerland and the United States of America. I have a Bachelors in Philosophy, Licentiate in Theology, and a Masters and Doctorate in Clinical and Social Psychology. I worked with Kaiser Permanente Medical Group for about 20 years specializing in Substance Abuse. I treat children, adolescents, adults, seniors and couples. I treat children with behavioral problems, adults with mood disorders, substance abuse and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I speak Spanish. I believe in helping people to clean the past, focus on the present and be ready to face the future with hope and confidence. Treating any one is like playing base ball - with three bases: first base (physical health); second base (emotional health); and third base (spiritual health) and only by going through the three bases, can you go to the home base which is serenity and fullness in life. I have written a book: The Machismo and Marianismo Tango. I am in private practice in Long Beach, CA at 1945 Palo Verde Ave, Suite 202; and at 1832 Peninsula Verde Dr. Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275.
