Master Neuro Linguistic Practitioner working within the realms of Neuro Linguistic studies while utilizing the skills, strategies, and process of alternative, holistic mental health care. Interlaced with Mindfulness and visualization practices, I offer and provide a safe, non-judgmental space to work with along you on anxieties, stress, stuck states of mind, fears, mild phobias, and much more without the use of medications. Results are expected to happen in a shorter period of time with NLP. This is not designed to be for those needing clinical help, but instead choosing alternative mental health care. Many of us need someone to listen, respond, provide suggestions, alternative perceptions in order to be able to realize, identify, and find and define a more positive life. If you are feeling stuck in life, as many of us find we are, you are most likely not insane. You are indeed, human. We will find and design a better way to perceive, believe and access life for the benefit of self, which in turn usually becomes beneficial to others in your life.
