My basic counseling approach is solution-focused, interactive and goal oriented. I use a variety of appropriate therapeutic techniques to help clients solve problems, grow, change, be mentally healthy, and have the life they want to live with dignity and self-respect. Some specific issues I provide treatment for include: Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Depression, Sleep or Insomnia, Grief, Anger Management, Stress Reduction, Spiritually, Parenting, and Family Conflict. With sensitivity and understanding, I work with each person to help them build on their strengths to make right choices to attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
