A bit about me:

With having had no emotional support and not knowing I had Cerebral Palsy until the age of 46 brought me to a place of self-discovery, in the shape of The CP Diary, which I set up just after an MRI showed I had brain damage, resulting in Cerebral Palsy.

At about that time, I decided to turn something that had been so negative and damaging for too long, into something positive. I needed to change my life. The CP Diary is a culmination of my experiences, thoughts and feelings of what I've had to deal with, how I view and deal with my life now, how I continue to choose to see and make my life better and how I can best go about making those positive life changes.

My blogs include, Health and Wellbeing, Diet and Nutrition, Daily Blogs, Exercise, Healthy Recipes and more. My site is International, read by people in over 85 countries around the world and achieves over 4000 hits/month.

The CP Diary is also on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and Pinterest. If you’re looking for inspiration, motivation, understanding, a new way way to change the way you see, think and you look at your life, then look no further, The CP Diary is for you. Likewise I would love to connect with likeminded individuals.

Although the site is 7 years and 4 months old, I have never missed writing a daily blog and still continue to do so. I don't intend to stop now, because I know how much better I feel, whilst helping others too. What seemed like a good idea at the time, has turned from a hobby, into a full time job; which I absolutely love.

Having obtained a Diploma in Counselling with Distinction, I also offer on-line counselling and support. I also have Diplomas in Nutritional Therapy and Diet and Nutrition.

Push and pull factors not only occur when we're thinking about changing jobs and what may push and pull us to accept one job over another, but push and pull factors also apply to life, particularly relationships. It's not something we stop to think about because relationships are often formed on an unconscious level. What starts as a fairy tale beginning can sometimes turn into something dramatic and..
