Isabelle Clover

My name is Isabelle Clover and I believe in self improvement - whether that be physically, mentally or spiritually. In fact, it requires a balance in all things including our diet, physical well-being, mental health, intellectual stimulation and spiritual awareness. We need all these to make us feel whole and fulfilled. Self improvement is working towards becoming a more “whole” human being through greater perception, wisdom and understanding. This comes from first recognizing our weaknesses, then making conscious choices to improve ourselves through smart self improvement ideas. Each of us is unique so how that translates into our actions, will be unique to us.

We all fall prey to our weakness and strengths. We may be fitness fanatics and have no problem rushing off to the gym each day, but try to get us to sit down and contemplate the “universe” is a whole other story. Some of us love to brainstorm and have fantastic ideas that we work on diligently. We are busy pursuing a career or some other goal, but we are reluctant to take time for ourselves by exercising or just having quiet time to relax and unwind. Finding balance does not come easy. Most of us gravitate towards some of these aspects more than others.

I always begin by addressing the basics. My lifestyle. My health, my wealth, my well-being, etc. Then I consider making changes as necessary. Only I know what areas are strong and which are weak right now. It is critical to have a balanced lifestyle and we all need to improve our habits.
