My mission is empowering others to achieve a state of wellness by equipping people with the tools they need to heal on all levels. I then help them to find "real world" solutions so that they can fit these tools into their lives. I believe that healing is a hero's journey but is also the greatest gift you can give to those around you. We become our true higher selves through the healing process and only want the best for our loved ones, which starts with being the best we can be. On the path to wellness, we become the change we wish to see...
I am a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association, and I see clients for private healing sessions, both distance and in person. In my sessions, I use crystals and incorporate a number of energy healing modalities, including Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki, Holy Fire II/Karuna Reiki, Archangelic Light, and Alchemy Energetics. I also work with numerology to determine the life path/purpose of clients who feel stuck and do Astrological readings when these aspects are affecting a client's relationships.
Finally, I teach meditation and energy healing classes, including Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki, Archangelic Light, and Holy Fire II/Karuna Reiki.

When was the last time you felt guilty and inadequate as a parent? A year ago? Last week? This morning? We've all been there.
