As a Board Certified Health Coach (AADP), my mission and desire is to support and help people achieve their potential through healthy lifestyles that will impact their entire lives, including relationships, emotionally, physically, with stress, as well as other areas of life. My passion is to see people who have lived and still live with chronic headaches and migraines to find new ways to achieve the relief through natural and holistic methods that I KNOW they can attain in those areas, as well as living a more stress-free lifestyle. While I do see clients in-person, one of the advantages of my practice is that you can be a client wherever in the world you live since I do video conference meetings, plus I offer a free 3-minute introductory strategy session to help you set and plan your goals and intentions.
