I have transitioned to being and author (of seven books),speaker, executive advisor and confidante, writer, columnist, blogger, editor, frequent guest expert on psychology and behavior and NPR co-host. My book, "Just Listen," became the top book on listening in the world and my recent book, Talking to Crazy: How to Deal with the Irrational and Impossible People in Your Life, was featured on Oprah's book site and has been nominated as a Finalist in the Audie Awards 2016 (the Oscars for audible books) in the Business/Personal Development Category.
