Are you struggling with transition or life decisions? Are you having trouble being your authentic and best self? Feeling stuck and can't get beyond your past? or perhaps simply getting married or having a baby and want to be emotionally prepared? You've just taken the first step to healing and growth. Together, we can create meaningful goals, find balance and peace of mind, release distress from the past, be present, and passionate about life. I bring a culturally sensitive, compassionate attitude to my practice and use a collaborative approach to create a respectful and safe environment for my clients as they proceed on their unique healing journey.
I work with clients residing in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Colorado virtually using secure video conferencing (VSee.com). I also see clients in person in my office in Boulder, Colorado. Depending on your concerns and goals, I will blend therapeutic techniques that best support your growth and healing. In doing so, I will draw from both traditional and non-traditional tools, including: Psychodynamic, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and mindfulness. Areas of focus in my practice: trauma, anxiety, life coaching, relationships, mindfulness, stress management, life transitions, GLBT individuals, veterans and military families, expecting/new parents, premarital counseling, and couples.
