Rekishia McMillan

Rekishia is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach living and working on the beautiful Jersey Shore. Her passion is to help individuals improve their health by following simple principles and holistic strategies that result in living happier, healthier and more satisfying lives. She received my nutritional training at Integrative Nutrition in New York City and obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University. She is a retired military veteran from the United States Air Force.

While serving in the military, she served a fitness training leader and academic instructor, teaching college courses on stress management, fitness, health and spiritual and mental fitness. In addition, she is an ordained minister and loves sharing the wellness message with faith-based organizations, corporate businesses and community agencies. Her education and experience have equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and knowledge of different dietary theories, she works with people from all backgrounds to include men, women, and veterans to make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. A sought after speaker and presenter, Rekishia customizes deliverables to meet the needs of your group. Topics can be delivered as keynotes, workshops, virtually, breakout sessions or retreats.
