I am an mBIT (multiple Brain Integration Techniques) Master Coach and Master Trainer, an NLP Trainer, a Mindfulness Facilitator, a Map of Meaning Facilitator and hold a range of other trainings allowing me to coach people at a deep ontological, transformational level. I am passionate about enabling people to reach their full potential and to stay well.
I started my professional life in healthcare as a diagnostic radiographer and moved into education in the early 1990s. In 2017 I walked away form my role as an Associate Professor in Health and Social Sciences to pursue my passion to create healthy workplaces (the-healthy-workplace.com).
I love working collaboratively with others and travel round the world training mBraining and teaching subjects such as stress management, leadership, communication excellence. I write regularly for the Great Health Guide and Worldwide Coaching Magazine, as well as editing a series in Rapport Magazine on research development for NLP and mBIT professionals. I have published a few chapters in books and have two books of my own: NLP and Coaching for Health Care Professionals, Developing Expert Practice - and - Practical leadership in Nursing and Healthcare: A multiprofessional approach. I am just writing my third book, which will all be around making significant life decisions.
I love working with individuals as a health and wellness coach, as well as working with teams and organisations to create brighter futures.
I live in New Zealand, I love life and have so much more to learn...
