VICKI ESCUDÉ, M.A., Master Certified Coach, Master Coach Trainer, Certified Coach Mentor, owner of Executive Leadership Coaching, LLC, is an international pioneer in the coaching profession, and has been recognized as a successful professional coach in national publications. Her inspiring leadership, group facilitation abilities and joyful, spontaneous style invite a deep exploration of spirit, and encourage expression of one’s authentic self.
She invites others to connect spiritually with all areas of their lives and life challenges, and models a spiritual approach to support change and personal growth.

She offers executive leadership coaching, professional coach development seminars, Breathe-In and Relax Retreats for Women with Spirit, Soul-Sabbatical Conversation Webinars, as well as keynote speeches globally. Her seminars, “Creating Awareness: from beliefs to insights” and “Marketing Magic” are popular among professional coaches worldwide.

Escudé is the author of several highly acclaimed coaching books, Transformational Leadership with Humility and Grace (2013); Create Your Day with Intention, translated into English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish; Personal Mastery: Secrets from your Success Coach (2016); and Fast-Track Leader: First, Master Yourself! She is a featured author in The Philosophy and Practice of Coaching (Wiley, 2008) and The Pfeiffer Annual for Consultants (Wiley, 2006). She co-created the Revel in Your Wisdom Card Deck, based on the ancient Kybalion .

She was among the first coach-educators for University of Texas-Dallas and Success Unlimited Network, and is a principal-founder of Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance. She is co-founder of Advanced Coach Mentoring International. She has trained hundreds of professional coaches worldwide through accredited coach training organizations in alignment with International Coach Federation stringent standards of competency and ethics. She is co-founder of Wrinkle Wisdom Retreats for Women.

Escudé is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and received her Master’s Degree from the University of West Florida in psychology and counseling. She also attended the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She received additional post-graduate training in assessments, Transactional Analysis, and received certification from Byron Katie’s “The Work.” She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and was certified by Success Unlimited Network, an accredited coach training organization.

Active in the International Coach Federation to promote the professionalism of coaching since 1998, she was elected to the Global Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation for the 2005 to 2008 term, and she is on the Board of ICF-Charlotte 2015 and 2016. She has served on the Membership Committee, Ethics Committee, and she is a Credentialing Assessor. She volunteers for the Coaching Initiative, in which Master Coaches provide coaching for non-profit CEOs.
