Yana Lozichnaya

I refer to myself as a Mind Doctor. Our mind is very precious and should be handled with care. In my hypnotherapy practice Doctor Yana Hypnotherapy I l, through hypnotic analysis, look for and work with the underlying source of the problem rather than addressing the symptomatic response of the body to various health problems.
My research interests lie, firstly, in understanding how mirror neurons are involved in the involuntary and automatic mechanisms by which humans understand life and their complex social world. Most importantly, understanding the roles of mirror neurons in responding to not only actions and emotions, but also to the intent behind those actions and emotions. I study neural mechanisms behind false memories and apply the understanding of mirror neurons in my clinical hypnotherapy practice by helping people resolve their life internal conflicts.
Secondly, internal conflicts, that are responsible for the wide array of our problems in life, can be caused by the traumatic events of the past. In addition to other methods, I use false memories to resolve those inner conflicts by replacing unwanted memories with positive ones with a good rate of success. In my practice, I expand and apply Jungian theories to help people resolve the incongruities of their lives.
I hold a Doctorate Degree in Human Science with extensive training and experience in Clinical Hypnosis and International/Organizational Psychology. In addition, I serve as a Professor of Linguistics which makes the art of language serve the art of hypnotherapy.

Plan Your Time Wisely. Today I started my morning by the incredible desire to sleep in. It was already 6:30 am and I did not even want to open my eyes. Every day I wake up at 5:45 am, take my dog out for a walk and at the gym at 6 am. But this morning—- when my 3 parakeets, with their beautiful singing, reminded me that it is already 6:30, having opened one eye, I was looking for things to throw..
