“11 Natural Ways of Healing Drug-Induce Brain Toxicity”

Lately, I have had many people come to me with terrible drug-induced brain toxicity which has caused all kinds of challenges. Some people are unable to sleep at all, some have frantic thoughts running through their mind all the time and lots of fear and more. This is not uncommon many people are coming down with this. Here are a few things a person can do to help speed up the healing process.

1 - It's important to start on my "Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet and Lifestyle" which will help to slowly move toxins out of the brain. This is not an overnight fix, this will take months and sometimes even a couple of years for people to make their way back to their old self. Eat as many antioxidant foods as possible they are very healing. And my diet is anti-inflammatory which also helps. See link to my diet -

2 - Meditation will also help. Meditation is very healing for the brain in general. Meditation creates a time where the brain slows down and allows the brain to recoup and mend. In fact, I knew a lady who had a car accident and had a brain injury and she was able to go inward in meditation and start the process of meditating and rewiring her brain. And now she is completely healed... Amazing. And meditation is not always easy... but it will help. And during meditation, you will actually get more deep rest than if you were sleeping. And if you are not able to sleep at least you can meditate and get some rest.

3 - Detoxing with Coffee Enemas - The more we detox our body and remove toxins in general from our body even our brain starts to detox. One of the best ways to detox is by using Coffee Enemas starting out at first with 4 enemas a month and then doing one enema a month. You could also take dandelion root, milk thistle, and burdock root for detoxing.

4 - Detox with Activated Charcoal. Activated Charcoal is a very good detoxing agent for the whole body I recommend taking 4 - 400 mg capsules 2 or 3 times a week. It can be constipating so make sure to eat lots of fruits, veggies, and fiber.

5 - Other Herbs That Will Help - Other herbs that can help are turmeric, sage, lemon balm, rosemary, Vacha, ginseng, ashwagandha, bacopa, huperzine-A, Gotu kola and some others.

6 - Keeping a positive frame of mind is of utmost importance. It's important to have good friends and ask for their support during his time of healing. Feeling alone makes things even worse... so get out and be with friends.

7 - Do some ongoing psychological counseling. Counseling is very important when a person is going through this kind of ordeal. It's not easy, to say the least, and counseling helps a person over the rough spots. Most county hospitals have free counseling.

8 - Spiritual Support Group is Important - If you belong to a spiritual group, a church, synagog, temple, or some other group make sure to connect with your spiritual group and ask for help. Just knowing that you are not alone... and you have people who are willing to help makes all the difference.

9 - Prayer does help - Take time daily for prayer because you will need some guidance and there is no greater guidance than that of your Higher Power.

10 - Get out and be active - If we are sedentary toxins don't move out of our body as easily as when we are active. So get up and walk daily, swim, go for a bike ride, and workout with weights, it's all important to detox the brain and for creating a positive uplifting mood.

11 - Have patience this will take time. It's not easy when things are going very slowly. Time is the greatest healer of all and this process takes lots of time... and thus one has to have a lot of patience.
