This simple plant is easy to grow and grows all over the world, and has lots of amazing healing qualities. I highly recommend using oregano oil and the herb for cooking, and for all kinds of health challenges plus it's very tasty too. Oregano is great for rashes, bits, itches and irritations of the skin, it's powerful antioxidant with 4 times the antioxidants power of blueberries, a wonderful antibiotic that kills bacteria even when diluted 1000 times. Oregano also works great as an anti-inflammatory agent, helps with arthritis, joint pain, redness, swelling, and pain in general. Oregano works wonders for arteriosclerosis and osteoporosis, has iron for anemia, Omega 3 Oils for cardiovascular health, Vitamin E for sexual health, Vitamins A and C for preventing colds and the flu, and it soothes the GI tract. Oregano is full of zeaxanthin and lutein for eye health and helps to prevent cancer in amazing ways. In fact, oregano is one of the most important spices for preventing cancer in general.
