Here is a wonderful recipe that's full of protein and lots of nutrients and will keep you going all day long. This recipe is super tasty, quick to make, and full of nutrients that great life and longevity. Nutrients that are anti-inflammatory, anticancer, lowers cholesterol, immune system boosting, helps to prevent fatigue, help with eye health, helps to balance hormones and much more. Served with a nice green salad this is a full meal.
Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe
2 - 12 oz Packages of Organic Corn Pasta - Cooked
2 - 12 oz Packages of Organic Mexican Seasoned - Protein Crumbles
3 - Cups of Organic Cherry Tomatoes - Cut in Half
1 - Large Organic Yellow Onion - Chopped
8 - Cloves of Organic Garlic - Minced
2 - Cups of Organic Green Bell Pepper - Chopped
12 - Oz of Organic Kidney or Pink Beans or Any other Bean
12 - Oz of Organic Black Olives - Cut in Half
1 1/2 - Tablespoons of Organic Cumin Powder
1 1/2 - Teaspoons of Organic Mild or Hot Chili Powder
12 - Oz of Mild, Medium, or Hot Organic Salsa
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Enough Filtered Water to Mix
(Optional) Add Hot Sauce
In a large pot add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and sauté with a little water.
Next, add everything else except the salsa, pasta, and tomatoes, and add a little bit of water until everything is heated through... not long.
Now, remove from the heat and add the cherry tomatoes... Mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste and place on top of a bed of pasta and garnish with some salsa.
That's It! — Quick and Simple!
Serves 6 People or 2 Really Hungry Guys
