"How a 102 Year-Old-Man Runs a Marathon in Great Health"

There are lots of studies showing that if we eat less we live longer, and prevent cancer... and we can be disease free every day of our life.

102 Year-Old-Man Runs London Marathon

Not long ago a 102 year-old-man finished the London Marathon. And he was asked what his keys to his long life and great health were and he said, "Eat a Child's Portion of Food".

Reducing calorie intake by 30% can increase lifespan by 10 to 50 years or more. In fact, in animal studies just lowering their calorie intake increased their lifespan by almost twice as long.

Man Lives Almost 50 Years Longer by Reducing Calorie Intake

Alvise Cornaro who lived in the 1500's wanted to see if eating less would make him healthier and live longer. Back then most people only lived to be about 50 or 60 years old. But by cutting his calories to 1000 calories daily and eating a varied diet he ended up living to be 98 years old.

Not only that, but he was in perfect health!

Wow— Now that's something to be excited about.

Studies with Monkey's Show They Live Much Longer with Less Food

At the University of Wisconsin studies with monkeys showed that if they restricted their diets to an equivalent of 1000 calories for a human, and gave them nutrient dense food... instead of living to be 30 years old with lots of diseases they lived to be 50 or more years old and were very healthy. And in their old-age they still had good muscle tone, their hair was nice and brown, their eyes were bright and full of life. And they reduced their chances of coming down with cancer by over 50%— Wow!

Calorie Restricted Nutrient Dense Diets can Prevent Cancer, Prevent Alzheimer's Disease, and Diabetes

Studies with people on a 1000 calorie fat restricted diet showed that they had much lower cholesterols levels. High cholesterol or LDL or Bad cholesterol increases tumor formation. Thus, in the long run, the people in this study had very little cancer and lived to be very old.

Not only that, but they also kept their Body Mass Index around 22% which is ideal.

And they were not hungry, their moods were great, they had good sexual vigor. And 30 years later they were healthier with fewer problems without taking any medications of any kind... and in general, they had very little in the way of chronic disease.

Another study in Cell Metabolism Journal showed that reducing calorie intake by 15% can lead to a longer life... and lower the chances of coming down with cancer, Alzheimer's, and diabetes. And calorie reduced diets slow down metabolism and reduced free radicals in our body which create disease.

Also when we eat less our immune system works better... and we are able to filter out toxins... thus we slow the aging process.

Have Sexually Vital and Look Younger

Studies show that when we eat fewer calories and nutrient dense foods our hormones that are connected to sexual vigor and vitality stay constant and don't decline with age.

Have Better IQ

Studies show that by eating less our minds stay sharp. Studies also show that if we eat less we seem to do better on tests. That's why many cultures, spiritual groups, and great sages recommended fasting and eating less.

Have More Energy All Day Long

Studies also show, that by eating less we more energy. Eating fewer calories and but eating nutrient dense foods creates long-term energy... for all day long.

Conclusion - Eat a nutrient dense Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet... and keep your calorie intake around 1000 to 1500 calories daily and you will feel great, live a long life, have sexual vigor, be mentally sharp, have lots of energy, be disease free, and prevent cancer in general.
