Working out with weights increases muscle mass, depression, anxiety, lowers your chances of having cancer, increases metabolism, heals osteoporosis, makes you resilient to falls, great for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, increases flexibility and mobility, you have better sleep, more self-confidence, better body image, you live longer, better cognitive ability, prevents back pain, better health in general, you become body aware, lowers your risk of diabetes, it's good for your heart, lowers the risk of heart attacks and strokes, lowers blood sugar, you have better balance, slows the aging process, turns on good genes, makes you mentally stronger, you have better posture, helps with mood, more energy, you just feel good and look good too.
