6. Reward Good conduct:

To be a decent innovator, you must keep up high camaraderie and be able to inspire your people to accomplish their objectives in a convenient way. Likewise, make your rewards attractive and fun!

7. Be ready to be a subject of their jokes:

A leader who is ready to take the fun parts up to a point and healthy jokes to a degree is acceptable. On the other hand, you need to draw a line so that your team does not take you for granted. Be the subject of their jokes and take it positively. Laugh along with them even if they say you are as strict as a boiled egg, that's fine. Take it lightly, let it go.

8. Admit your missteps:

None of us is perfect, hence we tend to make mistakes. Be generous and accept your mistakes in front of your team so that your team also understands that you are also answerable to people. To correct the mistake, take the necessary steps, in case you cannot correct it, try and not repeat the mistake ever again.
