Where is a negative mind there is also a positive mind.

Watch the movement of a pendulum. If the pendulum is going slowly upwards to the left side it collects the energy for the movement to the right side. The pendulum reaches its highest point and then it turns its direction and accelerated to the downside and over the middle it reaches its highest speed.

The pendulum doesn't like to stay in the middle or without any movement.

And exactly so is our thinking. We don't think when we are whether be positive or negative, we stay in the middle. And not thinking to connect us with the divine. Not thinking is superior to any thinking.

At first, we have to accept our negative mind.

Example, a visitor came to a meditation master and asked how can I gain peace of mind. The meditation master replied, never think of rats... The visitor thought, why? I normally don't think of rats. And the meditation master elaborated why he should not think of rats. At home, the visitor went to meditation and always thought on rats.

We attract what we don't want or what is forbidden.

If I demand to drop the thinking, for sure I will think more.

This over stupid concept in positive thinking results in more negative thinking or even worse in suppressing our negative feelings and thoughts. If we suppress our negative emotions and thoughts we attract diseases, like cancer or negative situations.

We learn to accept our negative emotions and thoughts.

The world and our life have always a positive and negative pole. And so it comes that we gain a negative mind and a positive mind... Still, we focus our life on the positive things and we see the negative side, too.

It is to 100% proofed that the feelings creating the thoughts.

80% of our thoughts are fear driven. Because our mind wants to protect us, and so we think always how we can avoid suffering. Only 20% of our thinking is for our benefit, pleasure.

If we get rid of our fears, we get peace in the mind! Make a fear lists with the worst case scenery, prioritize them, and the fears are gone.
