“How to Kill Cancer Cells in Your Body Daily”

We now have lots of scientific evidence that we can kill all the cancers we have getting started in our body by just doing a few simple things.

If we boost up our immune system and keep our immune system healthy, our immune system will send out T-Cells, antibodies, and macrophages that will kill cancer cells and keep us from ever coming down with cancer.

***Important*** - A person with a robust immune system kills the start of different types of cancer cells at least 100 times a day.

Here are a Few Tips:

Drink Lots of Organic Green Juices - Green Organic Juices are full of wonderful antioxidants that boost up our immune system and keep our body free of cancer. This is extremely important if we want to feel great and keep moving all the years of our life.

Eat Organic Fruits and Veggies Packed Full of Nutrients and Antioxidants - Studies show that we get most or our powerful nutrients and antioxidants from great fruits and veggies. And these nutrients and antioxidants fuel our immune system so our immune system can kill cancer cells and keep us cancer free.

Drink Lots of Filtered Water - Our bodies are more than 70% water and without enough pure water our immune system cannot function and thus cancer cells take over. Thus it's super important that we drink at least 1 to 2 liters of pure filtered water daily.

Eat Lots of Raw Organic Food - Every time we eat raw food we are taking in lots of live enzymes and those live enzymes fuel our immune system so we don't come down with cancer. So it's super important to eat at least 85% raw food and thus stay healthy.

Eat Lots of Organic Beans - Cooked Beans are full of fiber and that fiber creates a good environment for the growth of good bacteria or probiotic bacteria which is our immune system. So it's vital to eat lots of beans and support our immune system and stay cancer free.

Eat Only Organic Whole Carbs - Eat only whole grains, whole root veggies, and other whole foods which are carbs. Grains like brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal, buckwheat that contain lots of fiber and thus help our probiotic bacteria to grow and strengthen our immune system to protect us from cancer.

Remove All Processed Food - All food that comes out of a box or a can, that is processed in any way, shape, or form, including corn flakes, all these cereals on the market, potatoes that come out of a box, frozen dinners, and other processed food such as fast food, white bread, and anything that is white like... white flour and sugar must be eliminated from our diet. Processed foods degrade our immune system allowing cancer to take over.

Remove All Animal Products - We have thousands of studies showing that if we eat animal products of any kind including beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, fish, seafood, milk, dairy products, yogurt, eggs, and anything else it creates a toxin during digestion that creates inflammation. And that inflammation allows diseases to take over including cancer, heart disease, strokes, arthritis, kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, and more.

Let Go of Sugar - Sugar fuels cancer this is a fact. Sugar promotes the growth of bad bacteria in our gut and thus our immune system degrades and cancer takes over. Remove sugar from your life, instead eat whole fruits and veggies which contain healthy natural sugars that support the growth of good or probiotic bacteria in our gut and prevent cancer.

Destress - Stress lowers our immune system and allows cancer to take over. Thus it's imperative in this stressful world to learn meditation and other forms of stress management.
