Here is another simple way to stay in great health... that most can do to take control of their health. I have 2 naturally fused vertebra from a spinal injury when I was in my teens, 3 totally collapsed disks in my back, and a transitional triangle shaped vertebra in my lumbar area and I don't have any pain at all. Along with my diet and my exercises program, anyone can take control of their health and feel great and be extremely healthy like me. — I Promise! - See Video Link — Remember to talk with your doctor before using an inversion table.

I do 5 to 10 minutes of inversion table... but that will take time for you... work up to it.

My process is 80% diet and 20% exercise.

I am going to be 65 in September and I don't have any aches or pains, I don't take any medications and I feel like I am 20 years old— REALLY!

And you can also feel and look great too!
