Here is a great tasting 3 bean salad that was a hit at a holiday party the other day. People loved this dish and were asking for the recipe. This dish is extremely healthy and full of antioxidants, it's full of cancer-fighting agents, full of probiotic building agents, anti-inflammatory, lots of Vitamin C, great for gout, lowers cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, and so much more. And this dish can be made the day before and allowed to marinade overnight making it even tastier. And with all the color in this salad, it makes a perfect dish for a holiday table... and this dish is very filling.

"Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe"

Ingredients:

For Dressing:

6 - Oz of Cooked Organic White Beans — use these instead of oil

1 1/2 - Tablespoons of Organic Italian Seasoning

1 - Tablespoon of Organic Balsamic Vinegar

3 - Tablespoons of Organic White Vinegar

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Just Enough Filtered Water to Blend Everything Together to Make the Dressing

For Salad:

24 - Oz of Cooked Organic Garbanzo Beans

24 - Oz of Cooked Organic Kidney Beans

24 - Oz of Cooked Organic Black Beans

12 - Oz of Cooked Organic White Hominy Corn

1/2 - Large Organic Yellow Onion - Finely Chopped

4 - Small Organic Sweet Green Peppers of Your Choice or 1/2 Bell Pepper

4 - Small Organic Sweet Yellow Peppers of Your Choice or 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper

4 - Small Organic Sweet Red Peppers of Your Choice or 1/2 Red Bell Pepper

12 - Oz of Organic Black Olives - Cut in Half

3 - Cups of Organic Cherry Tomatoes - Cut in Half

1/2 - Cup of Organic Kale - Finely Chopped

1 - Tablespoon of Organic Thyme - Finely Chopped

2 - Medium Organic Green Onions - Finely Chopped

2 - Tablespoons of Mrs. Dash Seasoning

1 1/2 - Teaspoons of Organic Garlic Powder

1 - Teaspoon of Mild Organic Chili Powder

Mix everything together and pour on the dressing and serve right away or let this salad marinate in the fridge overnight.

Serves 15 People
