Here is a simple protocol for healing ADD and ADHD. We have lots of children and adults who have difficulties focusing and this plays havoc with their lives and in the end, they feel disconnected from society. But here are a few things a person can do that will change all of that in a few short weeks.

Limit All Smartphone, Tablet, TV, and Computer Time

First of all, it's been shown that sitting in front of the TV, computers, and our personal pads and smartphones cause anxiety, stress, and our inability to focus. We need to limit or completely disconnect from all of these electronic devices. Some people are very sensitive to the radiation and bright light that they give off, thus they over stimulate our mind and we are not able to focus. In fact, all these electronic devices have been shown to cause insomnia, and a new study shows that cell phones may cause brain tumors... another reason to disconnect.

And studies show that our circadian rhythms are being challenged with all these screens disrupting our mind so we can't sleep.

Put a limit on all smartphone, tablet, computer, and TV use— I recommend no more than 2 hours a day if at all possible. Get out of cyberland and have a real life.

A Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet is Super Important for Healing the Brain

I have found that with all the 30 to 50 chemicals in all regular fruits, veggies, and grains our brains are not able to function correctly. And so it's imperative to eat an Organic Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet like my diet - See links

Toxins are everywhere and we need to slowly get those toxins out of our body... and when we do that our brains can function normally.

Probiotics are Super Important for Healing the Brain

We now know that every single thing we eat either kills of helps our probiotic bacteria grow. Most people should have 5 pounds of good bacteria, good viruses, and good fungus in their gut. But sadly most only have a 1/4 to a 1/2 pound. This has to do with what we are eating... all the 30 to 50 chemicals in our diet are killing our good bacteria. So I recommend going on my diet, and for the first 30 days take 4 probiotic capsules 4 times a day. Take a good probiotic that contain at least 8 to 16 different strains of probiotic bacteria. After the first 30 days take 4 capsules once a week. Or eat 1 cup of live sauerkraut daily and that will also work.

Probiotics are important for attention, focus, good mood, and so much more. We are beginning to understand that our gut bacteria are important for every aspect of our health and wellbeing.

Our Brain Needs Lots of Great Sleep

Right now most people are only getting 5 or 6 hours of rest at night or less... and our brain needs from 8 to 9 hours of deep rest.

Get up at 6 AM and go to bed by10 PM

We have two little cells that flash on and off every second in every organ of our body and especially our heart. And those cells know when we should be sleeping... and when we should be awake and moving... it's vital for a healthy focused mind to work in accordance with nature and our natural circadian rhythm. Our normal way of sleeping should be getting up at 6 AM and going to bed by 10 PM.

Use Meditation for Healing the Brain

Meditation turns off the mind for a little while and allows our brain to recoup so we can focus. I know 4 and 5-year old children who meditate daily... anyone can meditate a person just has to want to become healthy.

I meditate for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening for over 30 years now and I will not go a day without my meditation it's super important.

Nature is Great for Healing the Brain

It's also important to get outside in nature one hour every day. It was found that children who were out in nature on a regular basis did not have as many health and emotional challenges as those who were always stuck in the house. There is a different vibrational frequency when we are out in the woods, near a lake, or the ocean. And all those negative ions from nature are very important for preventing ADD and ADHD.

From a Spiritual Point of View

Silently saying a personal name of God over and over again thousands of times each day is important. Whenever the mind is not busy doing something say the name of God. Use a name like Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, or something else, a name other than just the word God. The name of God is powerful, and it needs to be said constantly for at least 6 months... and soon great healing will take place.

Within a few weeks using this protocol things will change, the mind will calm down, peace will settle in, and true focus will start to be the norm.
