"Great for Lowering Cholesterol, Lowering Blood Pressure, and Opening Up Blood Vessels"

Everyone knows about the tasty treat of eating watermelon but what about the seeds? The seeds are the most nutritious part of the watermelon and most people spit them out. Well, watermelon seeds are full of great nutrition, they can be roasted, and they taste great, they are full of linoleic acid, Omega 3 oils, and other nutrient acids like those found in chocolate which helps to lower cholesterol. And the seeds contain mostly unsaturated fats. Watermelon seeds contain B-Vitamins, Nitrous oxide for opening up vessels, and they help to lower blood pressure. Watermelon seeds are a good diuretic, they contain beta-carotene and lutein, regulate blood sugar, and are full of antioxidants that slow the aging process. And watermelon seeds contain lots of great oils which are good for cooking, wonderful for youthful skin, and so much more. And it's all free when you eat watermelon.
