I was amused, when Gerry Roberts, one of the most successful speakers on the stage told that he is sleeping naked. There is a very funny story about him and Bob Proctor cached naked in Singapore. Never the less, Gerry mad a joke out of that painful incident without any shame ...
Why is it shameful to be naked?
My father, Prof. Dr. Carl Zimmerer was very conservative, and he wore always a suit. Quite often, in our home, he was naked even when guests were coming. And he was chosen as one of the most successful entrepreneurs of Germany, one of the greatest economy specialist and speaker in Europe...
Why had my father no shame to present himself naked, even it was for our family shameful...?!

Can you present yourself naked?
Can you speak in front of 1000 people and expose yourself like Gerry with his most embarrassing moments?
Get rid of your stupid shame!!!
Our teacher or Guru Bhagwan (Osho) recommend sleeping naked. -We should drop our armor and feel like a baby when we go to bed.
The benefits of sleep naked are:
1.) It is easier, You don't need a pajama and you change more often the bed sheets.
2.) You feel freer. Try it out.
3.) Sleeping naked is healthier. It keeps your sexual organs happier. For women is to wear a bra necessary. And the bra is reducing the blood flow to the upper body and that is negative. In the night every woman should sleep without a bra.
For men, is a problem that the scrotum can get too warm and so the sperms get killed or unable to move upwards in the vagina.... An extra pan as underwear warms up the scrotum and the scrotum should be cooler than the rest of the body. Wearing tied pans is unhealthy.
4.) Skin to skin contact is the best. If we are sleeping together and have direct skin contact we feel much more... It is sexier.
5.) Pajamas with rubber bands ... are often too tied and so a hindrance to a healthy blood flow. During sleeping, Pajamas getting tangled and often partly pulled off, so that some areas of the body are too cool or too warm...
6.) It can help your skin. The skin can breath easier in our private parts, like armpits, and between the legs, when we sleep naked.
