Here is another simple way to stay in great health. This exercise is amazing for the whole body and if you do it fast... it's a real cardiovascular workout at the same time. Along with my diet and my exercises program, anyone can take control of their health and feel great and be extremely healthy like me. — I Promise! - See Video Link — Remember to talk with your doctor before starting any workout program.

I do 3 sets of 25 each... but that will take time for you... work up to it.

Did you know that the Dalai Lama does 80 or so of these every morning? - Wow

My process is 80% diet and 20% exercise.

I don't have any aches or pains, I don't take any medications and I feel like I am 20 years old— REALLY! And it's all because of my diet.

And you can also feel and look great too!

If you want to follow my diet go to paulhaider.com and at the top of the home page, you will see "My Diet"— Enjoy!
