Teenage years are filled with some of the most difficult milestones every young woman is destined to endure. This book documents the continuing journey of Marcy, the beloved main character in "Marcy and Her Friends," as it follows this adored little lady through middle school. The reader experiences Marcy's adolescent struggles - and have the unique opportunity to observe (through diary entries) private thoughts and feelings from the perspective of her mom and Marcy, herself. This book has been used as a 'self-help' tool by family and marriage counselors to facilitate healing among family members - in particular, between parents, who experience the inevitable pressures place on loving relationships by teenagers throughout this delicate time.
