I'm looking forward to doing Mind Body therapy, counseling and training sessions for clients owners of negative emotions that affect the present and future of the client, such as anger, aggression, severe nervousness, passivity, confidence, denial and ignore the self, blame and criticism, suppress the feelings and not to express them freely, escapes, withdrawal and inability to meet others, pain management, weight loss and weight control, sleep challenges, self esteem, panic attackes, social anxiety, phobias, public speaking, depression, PTSD, stress management through self-management with methods and short-term psychological therapies, such as cognitive behavior therapy CBT, clinical hypnosis, suggestion, NLP technique, psychological relaxation, imagination, positive affirmations and positive self talk and that will change the troubled thoughts and revival hope in the souls and view problems with flexibility and new perspective helps to solve them, as well as counseling and therapy for clients living with mental disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder and generalized anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder, shocking experiences and drug addiction and alcohol in ways such as gradual desensitization, imagination, rational mental confrontation, progressive relaxation, emotional freedom technique and change patient's thoughts, do family counselling sessions for troubled families on the verge of collapse and fracture with treat multiple and interlocking general systems of communication in the family and the resulting behavior problems for children.
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to endure the pain, reduce the sense of negative emotions and learn the skills that prevent repetition of depression and relieve distress in people who suffer from chronic diseases
contribute to the therapy & counseling of individuals for ways to gain positive energy and overcome the negative energies and stress, chronic pain and build a positive future by pranic healing sessions and bio energy healing techniques as tapping on the energy points of the body, appropriate breathing and positive cognitive suggestions, Located in the scope of my interest the influence of human feelings in the body members where the feelings of rejection and stubbornness caused neck pain, anger weaken the liver, fear caused weakening kidney and caused pain down the back and upper knees, stress weakens the body's immune system and memory, anxiety weakens the stomach, sadness weakens the lung, guilt and regret caused pain in the ankle, a lack of emotional support causes back pain, joy and love strengthens memory and the immune system and that is useful in maintaining balance the body's energy and treatment of pain, stress and negative emotions and develop positive emotions arising from the health of mind and body
