We all experience stressful moments in life that leave us feeling stuck. It is my true passion to help others see the strengths within themselves and guide them in forward movement. I feel truly privileged to share a space with others that provides safety, healing, compassion, and growth. We all have the desire to be seen, heard, and understood, and it is my goal to provide the opportunity to do so.
I am able to help identify and challenge unhealthy patterns that prevent clients from experiencing happiness within themselves and their relationships. I specialize in relationship concerns: pre-marital, family conflict, parent-child relational stress, and blended families. Gaining individual coping techniques for managing behavioral concerns has also been my focus.
In addition to my training at the University of Houston Clear Lake, I am gaining additional experience as a behavioral specialist with UTMB Family Medicine Integrative Medicine Fellowship. Through my specialized training, I have learned a variety of skills to further meet the wellness needs of my clients.
