Every session with me is client focused and I developed customized coping skills that are individualized to fit your life and needs. While some therapists use specific theories, I choose to use my own personal blend of many different schools of thought. There are no “supposed to’s” in therapy. It is a personal journey as unique as your personality and individual problems. I see therapy as the opportunity for a person to transcend their struggles (even the little things) and live at their full potential. I form a real life, genuine connection with my clients and really get to know them so I can tailor our sessions to each individual’s need. My passion lies in helping women transform their lives through compassionate self-talk and restorative self care. I weave meditation and mindfulness into session and help make sure that your thoughts and feelings are in alignment with your personal goals.
