I am an entrepreneur, a university co-founder and professor, a world-class executive coach, a dynamic corporate consultant, an internationally recognized author, a visionary, and a cutting-edge thinker, speaker, and program developer in the areas of human potential and human emergence technologies.
Throughout my years, as my training and coaching practice grew and my models for human development, strategic thinking, and personal relationships gained acclaim and validation, I co-founded the Wright Graduate University for the Realization of Human Potential, where I serve as Professor of Transformational Leadership.
I also specialize in helping corporate leaders and entrepreneurs across the country not only to build and grow their businesses, but also to thrive with purpose, mission, and robust, high-performing cultures. My model of human growth applies solid theory in down-to-earth, effective ways that help individuals enhance all areas of life. Ultimately, my mission and purpose is to help people understand themselves deeply and to take action to reach their potential.
After selling my top-ranked managed care and employee assistance firm in 1994, I co-founded The Wright Foundation For the Realization of Human Potential, in Chicago, to help leaders, entrepreneurs, families, individuals, and organizations realize their fullest potential in all areas of life.
