Connie Pshigoda is a Natural Health Consultant, Nutritional Therapist, nutritional educator, author and founder of Wellness For All Seasons.

Her focus is helping women improve or restore their overall health and vitality through understanding and implementing simple and natural strategies using the best of nature’s “in-season” foods.

Connie began her profession in health and fitness in 1972 and continues to educate and inspire women to energetically live their lives “being well.”

As a young girl growing up in the wide open spaces of her farm, Connie didn’t realize the strong influence the changing seasons would have on her adult life. She just took for granted planting time, harvest season, summer fallow and even tornado season!

Connie entered Texas Tech University in the early 70’s, specifically the College of Home Economics, with a strong interest in Food and Nutrition and Human Development. During those early years, she worked at the YMCA, teaching aerobic classes and swimming classes and eventually became the fitness director of a health club. Connie later opened her own dance studio, teaching all ages in ballet, tap and jazz dancing. When that 15 year season ended, Connie and her two daughters moved to Phoenix, Arizona, for a fresh, new beginning.

Connie completed massage therapy courses at The Institute for Natural Therapeutics and began a new career. Her love for foods and the knowledge of how they nurture and nourish the body continued to grow, and she enrolled in Central Arizona College’s Dietitian program. During this time, Connie published Health Beat, a Newsletter for Healthy Living, to share and encourage healthy choices for her clients.

Connie's next move in 1996 brought her to Colorado and on to the next season of her life with the completion of a certification as a Natural Health Consultant.

Connie invites you to journey through life’s cycles and transitions toward fullness and optimal wellness. It is her greatest desire that you look and feel your best through every season of your life!

On a recent visit to my family's farmhouse, now sadly empty without inhabitants, yet full with the things that embellished their lives, I sensed a fullness that comes from 60+ years of farm living. That sensation of fullness was countered with the discovery of many unfinished projects. As I cleared away years of accumulated items from drawers, cupboards and closets, I came across a couple of sewing..
