Ms. Rogers is a highly experienced professional in the field of international executive and leadership development. A recognized expert, she works closely as a trusted advisor and honest broker with clients to create customized global initiatives for leadership and management learning. These solutions build the realistic, hands-on capabilities required to implement and achieve success on enterprise-wide strategic goals. Given her deep interest in positive psychology and cognitive neuroscience, she recently published a book with Nick van Dam, titled: YOU! The Positive Force in Change - Leveraging Insights from Neuroscience and Positive Psychology.
Eileen both designs and facilitates leadership courses around the world, constructing award-winning innovative blended learning experiences for managers and executives, embracing a variety of learning methods, such as: a custom global leadership framework; related 360° assessment; e-learning; virtual classroom; face-to-face events; leadership coaching; and Internet-supported action learning projects. In harmony with the formation of a leadership development curriculum, she builds internal capacity in client organizations to drive the global roll-out of the programs. To date approximately 40,000 professionals from almost 100 countries have participated in these leadership and management development programs and Eileen has personally facilitated these leadership programs on every continent.
Ms. Rogers’ approach in facilitating learning is collaborative, coaching, conversational and collegial. Accessing the knowledge and insights of all participants, she creates a lively and engaging collective learning experience. In addition, she believes that leadership is from the ‘inside out’, and enables each leader to identify and harness their personal strengths, experiences and capabilities – making explicit their unique value by utilizing various assessments, such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC, Leadership Practices Inventory 360°, Emotional Intelligence, Gallup StrengthsFinder, and the Cultural Orientations Indicator.
