Esther's priority is her family; husband and 2 teenage sons.
Esther believes that balance is the key to any successful endeavor. Thus, balancing family, work, and exercise can be demanding.
However, due to Esther's background; growing up in a dysfunctional environment lead to an eating disorder for many years.
However, Esther dealt with those dysfunctions head on and has become successful at creating and maintaining a healthy mind, body and environment.
Therefore, Esther firmly believes that if you have a strong balance between mind, body, and soul, you are on your path to your successful goals.

Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, is NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy) certified, FMS (functional movement screen) certified, CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association, and is a contributing author for WatchFit; a London based fitness organization.

Esther has worked for the Anaheim Police Department; working with police officers, preparing them for fitness challenges and Baker-to-Vegas road race relay competitions.

Esther has worked for 24 hour fitness; personally training every age group and fitness level, all while performing muscle testing to acquire balanced muscles to prevent injury.

Esther has worked for Kaiser Hospital Physical Therapy; progressing clients from injuries to full recovery via specialized modalities, exercise, and emotional support.

Esther has also worked at California State University, Fullerton Exercise Physiology Department; implementing athletic physiological testing and research.

Esther's latest endeavor was attending Loma LInda University's Physical Therapy Assistant program. Esther has taken time off from this program until her youngest son of sixteen years graduates from high school.

Esther also researches the latest scientific studies regarding fitness, nutrition, and physical rehabilitation. Thus, she writes and contributes her articles to WatchFit.

Esther is a runner by nature, and an has trained an run many marathons, half marathons, 10K's, and 5K's.

Esther is also a Flight Attendant; thus she loves to travel, learn about various cultures, and meet new people.

Esther spends her free time cooking new recipes, catching up with friends, and just hanging out with her family.
