I've always been very curious about human behavior, having been born in Taiwan and moved to the island of Guam when I was 7 years old and to the United States (California) at 16.

This curiosity resulted in having a diverse range of friends from all walks of life and a boundless sense of humor.

My work at the Camarillo State Hospital was where I discovered that I really enjoy helping others who deal with mental health challenges.

After the hospital closed I met a passionate artist (who is now my partner) during this challenging time who saw my strengths and inspired me to work in the field of personal development.

This was a turning point, as I would begin a rewarding life of helping others, while learning more about my own truth in the process.

As I was starting my business, my family didn't understand what I was doing at all and were very negative. Some friends (who also didn't understand the value of what I do) would ask "How are you going to make money doing that?".

Little did I know, it's normal for an entrepreneur to be scrutinized by those closest to them.

It was very tempting to give up, during the lean times when there were few clients and plenty of unpaid bills. Sometimes, closing the business seemed like it was the only option.

But I remembered learning how to speak English (my 3rd language) in Guam, which reminded me that I possess the resources within me to overcome challenges and stay focused on my purpose.

That’s when things started to happen.

I joined a few networking groups and made a profound discovery: valuable connections are everywhere! When I started doing my own workshops and events in the context of personal development, more connections were made. Breakthroughs started happening in unlikely places.

Today business is flourishing, as the Center for Advanced Life Skills continues to help people worldwide. I’m ready to show you how to have similar breakthroughs for yourself as part of my coaching program.

Private coaching is available at my offices in both Los Angeles and Ventura County, and by phone with clients worldwide. I also lead several group certification training in the self-development field. And I’m also fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Hypnosis is a mindset we experience throughout our entire lives. We all have Trances that we live in based on what we believe is true about reality. Sometimes the reality we've created for ourselves is not what we truly desire.... or maybe we set out to accomplish one thing, fall short or even create something entirely different.
