I am board certified in Psychiatry and Integrative and Holistic Medicine. In my practice, I integrate conventional medical training with evidence-based holistic methods that include breath-work, meditation, yoga, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), hypnotherapy, energy medicine, nutrition, exercise, and auricular acupuncture. I focus on empowering others with mood management skills and facilitating lifestyle changes to help people overcome depression, anxiety, and trauma without medications, so they may heal and thrive.
