After retiring,I was looking to offset the cost.

With a background in sales marketing,I became a distributor for the company that I buy my supplements from.With hard work and determination,I finally hit on a strategy to successfully promote the products.Now,I can afford to purchase supplements for myself and family.

I’m of the Christian Faith.I believe in God.That Jesus is Lord and Master of my life.He knows what’s best for me.So,life is good.As a matter of fact,he’s also my healthy alternative to stress.You can read more about that over here.

There has to be a change of mind if you want to change your life or something in your life.

To improve your health,whether physical health or financial health,there has to be a mind change.You can’t keep doing the same thing expecting different results.

That’s why my mission is so important.

I got to shower you with information,with reasons why you should develop a healthy eating plan.Why you should have a daily exercise plan that last for at least thirty minutes.Why you should spend less time on the couch watching television and stop eating all that junk food.

My hope is if I bombard you with enough health and wellness information urging you to get it together health wise,it will get into your head.And one night you will wake up in a cold sweat,with me screaming in your head,”Your Good Health Is Your Most Valuable Asset,Don’t Blow It”.
