My name is Monica. I began my journey into the fitness field 15 years ago and it has changed my life. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer 10 years ago and it has been so rewarding. I love working with my clients and building relationships with them. Since I have begun my career in the fitness field I have also incorporated Yoga into our lives. I feel having your body as well as your mind is the best shape it could be is the best one can do for themselves.
