Natasha Sharma is an Entrepreneur, Author, TEDx Speaker, and one of TV's most popular experts in Emotional Fitness. She is the author of The Kindness Journal, founder and owner of NKS Therapy - a private psychology and therapy practice in Toronto, a TV/Media Personality, and is completing the final year of her Doctorate degree in Psychology. She is also a Co-Founder of the Emotional Fitness E-Courses Platform Rule Your Emotions.

A graduate of McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business, Natasha walked away from a 6-figure salary job that "a million girls would kill for" after a few years of corporate life to complete her Masters degree in psychology at Johns Hopkins University. Ever since then she has been devoted to inspiring and helping others to master their own Emotional Fitness, become emotionally robust, and live their most fulfilling and happiest lives. She has assessed and counselled thousands of individuals and couples.
