She's written many articles on Mindfulness and can be found in Women's Health Magazine, Yahoo Health, Conscious Lifestyle Magazine, MindBodyGreen, Conscious2, Elevated Existence, LA Yoga, MamaGlow, and many others. She leads workshops on "The Says Who? Method", a step-by-step process of confronting our negative thoughts and transforming them with her unique, original technique. Ora's other workshops are "Living a Mindful Life," "The Authentic Self," Conscious Manifestation," and "Love, Sex, and Mindfulness."
